As a law office specialising in law on foreign nationals we helped to respond to questions concerning Polish visas posted by viewers of Warsaw Social website. Such questions were mainly asked by non-EU citizens.
The video footage directed by Robert, the website administrator, features our lawyers, Aleksandra Pietkiewicz and Michał Sankowski, who tell the viewers:
-what conditions should a non-EU citizen fulfil in order to enter the territory of Poland legally and obtain a valid residence permit,
- -what types of visas are issued by the Republic of Poland,
- -when can one apply for a temporary residence permit,
- -what can be done if a visa application has been rejected
- -what visa-related formalities must be fulfilled in the case of change of one’s workplace.
