In order to increase the awareness of the Polish Act on Aliens and labour law among Ukrainian nationals, our law office has started co-operation with a blog titled ‘Immigrant Today’.
The readers of the blog frequently post questions concerning legalisation of their residence in Poland, work permits or employee’s rights.
Our law office has published a series of articles addressing such questions. The first one describes the procedure of applying for residence permits in Poland by Ukrainian holders of work visas.
