Legal counsel, Michał Sankowski

The founder of the law firm, a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. Between 2005 and 2008, he served his legal training, which he started in Olsztyn and continued in Warszawa. In 2008, he obtained the title of attorney-at-law and since then he has been running his law office in Warszawa. Since 2021, the office has been located in Żoliborz.

In his professional practice, Michał Sankowski represents clients in out-of-court negotiations and court proceedings in civil law, criminal law, as well as in administrative and administrative court proceedings. Specialisation:

  • enforcement of claims from so-called Swiss franc loan agreements

Junior lawyer, Agnieszka Birska

Lawyer with several years of experience working in common courts in Warszawa. She is currently a student of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, majoring in Law. In 2016-2019, she gained professional practice in the Warszawa-Praga District Court in Warszawa and the District Court for Warszawa-Wola in Warszawa. As a court secretary, she was responsible for performing all activities related to the service of the court secretary office. Within the scope of her work, she closely cooperated with the clerk judges by carrying out orders issued by them. In the office, she is responsible for direct service of the secretary office and contacts with clients.

Trainee, Piotr Wójcik

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warszawa. As of 2021, he has been serving his advocacy training. At the law firm, he provides day-to-day legal services to the law firm’s clients in the scope of drafting pleadings, legal opinions, and also represents the law firm’s clients before public administration bodies, law enforcement bodies and in proceedings before common courts and administrative courts. He speaks Russian and English.

Junior lawyer, Weronika Cytryniak

As of 2019, she is a student of Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Stefan Kardynał Wyszyński University in Warszawa. At the law firm, she takes care of the secretary office, contact with clients and courts. Through her work, she wants to gain the necessary knowledge and experience by analysing legal regulations and court rulings, which will be useful for her graduation and further professional work.
